Acrylic WiFi online store accepts three payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal and bank transfer. Purchases made with credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX…) or PayPal are immediately processed and licenses are available in your private area few seconds after you proceed with the payment.

Acrylic WiFi uses its own driver to capture packets in monitor mode. When downloading the software, you are also downloading the driver but this is not installed during the software installation process in order to prevent unexpected errors due to incompatible cards.  We recommend you to carefully read the compatible cards information before installing.

To install the monitor mode driver, please display the drop-down menu in the upper right corner and select Mode Change. The first time you select changing mode, it will appear the NDIS driver installation option. After the installation, you could start capturing in monitor mode.

Both Acrylic WiFi Professional and Acrylic WiFi Heatmaps licenses, are intended for a single user however, they allow a maximum of activations on different devices. Thus, if you change your tablet or computer, you can transfer your Acrylic WiFi license from the old to the new device and continue enjoying the most advanced Wi-Fi tool analyzer in the market.

Acrylic WiFi Professional allows up to 3 different devices activations during the period of validity of the license.

Acrylic WiFi Heatmaps, on the other hand, allows up to 2 activations on different devices and 1 or 2 device changes depending on the type of license. You can find more information about pricing plans and changes allowed here.

You can purchase any Acrylic WiFi Professional and Acrylic WiFi Heatmaps through our online store at our website or through any of our partners. Our payment platform accepts USD (Dollars), EUR (Euros) and GBP (Pounds).

After the purchase goes through, you will receive a confirmation email along with your license code, and your login details to your private area on Acrylic WiFi website, where you can manage your licenses, software copies and invoices.

We provide free trial periods to let you fully evaluate both Acrylic WiFi Professional and Acrylic WiFi Heatmaps before you make a purchase decision. To get your trial version, just please download the software and launch it making sure you are connected to the Internet. If you are not able to start Acrylic WiFi, this may be because of:

  • You have already tried Acrylic WiFi in the same computer. In this case, you need to purchase a license to continue using Acrylic WiFi.
  • You don’t have Internet access. Check you can properly surf the web and run Acrylic WiFi again. It is preferable you are wired connected to the Internet for this process.
  • Digital Certificate Error: Acrylic WiFi needs to go to the license server to download the license. Check that you can access the following page: https://licensing.acrylicwifi.com/test.txt

After purchasing Acrylic WiFi licenses you will receive an email with your username and password to access Acrylic WiFi client area. From there, you can download the latest software updates, documentation, licenses and invoices with VAT details.

Remember to fill in all your company details to generate your invoice.

We have seen several reports about installation errors with Acrylic WiFi. The installer fails and report the following message:

Runtime Error (at 88:340) Internal error: Unknown constant “OutputBase FileName”

This error is related to Microsoft .NET libraries version. Steps to solve it:

– Install Acrylic WiFi
– Fun

Please note that Acrylic WiFi won’t run under Winodws XP.

Acrylic WiFi Professional and Acrylic WiFi Heatmaps are fully compatible with any computer or tablet running on Windows 7 or later.

However, both Acrylic WiFi Professional and Acrylic WiFi Heatmaps have two different modes of data capture: Native Capture Mode (normal mode) and Monitor Mode. The Acrylic Wi-Fi suite is compatible with any wireless card available in the market on Native Capture Mode or Normal Mode, on the other hand, Monitor Mode can only be enabled using any standard wireless card that is compatible with our NDIS driver or by using a professional hardware.
